Perhaps you are right that most cultural metadata will include some copyrightable content, but it would still seem safer to me to only recommend the ODC licenses, which are intended to address data content, if you want to enforce a BY or some other limitation on the reuse of the data. Whether it is a good idea to foster problems with ationbutirn-stackitg, etc. is a different issue… |
